Are you wondering how to properly stimulate your partner’s prostate? Here is the guide to a successful prostate massage.

Prostate massage: the preparation

According to figures published in 2019 by Ifop (French Institute of Public Opinion) on the sexuality of French people, 22% of French women have already put a finger in their partner’s anus. If you want to get started, be sure to communicate with your partner. Both participants (both the giver and the receiver) should be comfortable with the practice and excited to explore this area.

Then, for each role its preparation.

Prepare to do a prostate massage.

What precaution should be taken for a prostate massage? It might sound trivial, but the first thing to do is cut your nails and remove all of your rings. Not only will it save you from losing a family gem in this inappropriate place, but it will especially spare your partner!

The fingering during an anal massage is more delicate than its vaginal counterpart. Although it is not at all risky to explore this area (provided you are protected, should it be remembered?), The anus is not a priori intended for penetration. Its walls are thinner, more delicate, and more susceptible to scratching.

Another tip: even with the most careful preparation, it’s hard to avoid bacteria during anal sex! So check yourself for scratches on your fingers. If so, don’t hesitate to use a condom (there are even custom-made finger condoms!)

At the risk of being (still) trivial, the recipient’s first instinct is to empty his bowels first.

Stimulating the prostate does not involve deep penetration. And since the human body is very well made, the “waste” is only stored there when the detour to the toilet is imminent. So if your partner has defecated once a day, no matter what time of day, there is no reason for you to come across an “intruder” during your exploration.

If your partner is very worried about this, it is possible to do an anal douche. Two conditions: carefully follow the instructions on the instructions for the enema bulb and do it long before the massage to prevent stagnant water from flowing during the massage.

Finally, anal shower or not, the partner must be sure to take a shower before the act, as we recommend before fellatio or cunnilingus, moreover!

Bonus: pee. The prostate stimulation can give the impression of wanting to urinate. This is just an impression, but to avoid panicking instead of having fun, a trip to the bathroom is a good idea.

In what position to do a prostate massage?

Then, and very logically, it must offer easy access to the anus and, as a bonus, to other erogenous zones. Many people like to combine prostate massage with oral sex or prostate massage and breast fondling. It’s not the position that counts, it’s the comfort!

Do not hesitate to experiment to know your preferred position.

A little reminder for novices: the anus has not been provided with the gift of self-lubrication that our vagina enjoys! Before practicing anal sex, you must therefore read!

Any lubricant can do the trick, but be aware that there are specific lubricants for anal practices, their particularity being that they lubricate longer than their classic counterpart. Either way, be prepared to put it back on several times during the massage.

Rule n ° 1 for things to go well: get to the heart of the matter gently.  It’s not about heading straight for the prostate. Rather, we start by touching the contours, moving a shy finger forward, then pushing it in a little more, then turning back and coming back …

Time for the partner to relax, release the muscles …  and beg you to continue! Then, and only if the partner considers it necessary, we can add a second finger.

Find the point P to reach prostate orgasm

To find the P-point, you first have to know what you are looking for: in this case, the prostate, a small protruding ball in the shape of a chestnut, with a different texture from the surrounding tissues. This P-point is located on the “inner” wall of the rectum, approximately 7 cm from the entrance to the anus.
